1. About GlobeMax
GlobeMax is a digital currency information platform providing current and historical reference-rate tools, verified email alerts, and early-access registration. GlobeMax is not currently a financial services provider, broker, money-transfer operator, payment institution, account provider, or card issuer. It does not process, hold, or transmit money for users.
2. Acceptance
By accessing GlobeMax, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least the age of majority required in your jurisdiction.
3. Information only
Exchange rates are supplied by third-party data providers for information and reference. They may differ from rates offered by a bank, exchange, card, or transfer provider.
GlobeMax does not guarantee that rate data is complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a transaction. Verify information with the provider you actually use. Nothing on GlobeMax is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
4. Rate alerts and early access
A rate alert activates only after email confirmation and sends one reference-rate message when its configured threshold is observed. Delivery can be delayed or unavailable and is not a transaction instruction or guaranteed quote. Every alert email includes a cancellation path. Early-access registration does not guarantee availability, pricing, regulatory coverage, or a launch date for planned products.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use GlobeMax for unlawful activity.
- Do not scrape or systematically extract data at scale without written permission.
- Do not disrupt the platform, bypass rate limits, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorised access.
6. Intellectual property
GlobeMax content, graphics, brand artwork, and code are owned by GlobeMax or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Permission is required for reproduction beyond rights provided by law.
7. Availability and liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It may be changed, suspended, or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeMax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on reference-rate data, unavailable tools, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
